Thoughts on bow set up?

I just got done setting up my new bow. Caribow wolverine 62# at my draw 28". I just tuned in some arrows CE Heritage 350s 29.25 to BOP 780 gr 22% FOC. wish I had a crono. but dont. I would think that this bow would be good for any thing in North America but what about Bison? what do you think? would anyone consider hunting buffalo with a set up like this? I Dream of going to Africa one day would this set up be good for just about any thing there?

I'd say you're good with bison, maybe with Water Buffalo, and too light for Cape Buffalo/elephant. Everything else in Africa you should be fine. It's a great dream, hope it happens for you!
