Border "Comet"

Anyone know the value of this 20 year old recurve? I have a chance to buy one and just curious as to what its value is? And is it even woth my time and money?

I did not know there was such a thing as a 20 year old BORDER BOW.  I had no idea that they have been made that long.

I have no idea of the value, but if the quality is as good as what they are making now, it is almost priceless.  In my opinion, a 20 year old Border should have some collectors value, as well as usage value.

If the price is reasonable, and you can afford it, I would grab it.

Let us hear about the outcome.

Thanks for the advice. I had spoken with a fella from border and told me its age of 20 years. I also spoke with the seller and he assured me that it was in near mint condition. He said it only had a 3mm scratch on the riser.

 I might have to do lookin for the cash, but who knows. I will let you know that out come,
