Papa Bear used the 60" Kodiak.  It was a 70# pull.  You can see it on the cover of the '63 catalog.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

Does anyone know the reason why Bear adopted this radical design for the '63 model year?  It was an incredible left turn from the mild and beautiful 1962 models.
