Cravotta Brothers Black Hawk Scorpion

I just picked one of these up off the big auction monster. I'm guessing maybe it's an early 60's or late 50's bow?? Can anybody point me in a cyber-direction to find some info? I'm not having too much luck on my own.

It's 59" long & 38# @ 28". Looks like the S/N may be 1258.
