Can I fix my Pearson mustang

Hello Guys, I have a pearson mustang that I got from my grandad. when i got the bow it have tape on the nocks. When I took the tape off the tips the friberglass came a part.So I would like to try and fix it.
Also can you guys help me with what year it was made.

Cody, 1961-63 were the years that number was used for the 64" Mustang. What color is the glass? I might be able to narrow it down. CKruse
