razorhead weight ?
«

I have a few 1960 heads I wanted to use this season.
I was just reading the post RGK made
"picked this up today"
I measured these heads and they are
2 1/2 x 1 1/8, same as the 1957 catalog.
115grs ?, is that all they weigh?

Hey Harold without getting into a debate with lots of folks on here....kinda odd is'nt it.Now everyone thinks they need a broadhead that weighs 250 grains...but those razorheads have been working great for 60 years.....comeing in at 115...and have taken more world records then all other heads.....I love them things...Hi Bob how 's thing going in Hamilton.....bowdoc

Thank You Bob, Don, I had thought they were heavier. I'm trying to get 125 to 150grs so I can use these with the inserts. Now I can decide on which arrow

HS here is a pic of a head shrinker from the 1966 Bear catalog and to the left is an actuall head shrinker I pulled out of a Sweetland to get a pic...They weigh about 14-15 grains getting your razorhead 130-140 with bleeders installed...bowdoc

Thinking back, I do believe I've seen those before but I didnt stop to look and only noticed it as a funny looking razorhead. I figure I'll be good with the standard broadhead adapters and I do have a few 10gr weights? dont know what you call them.
