72 Kodiak Mag.. coin

I just found a one owner all original 1972 Kodiak Magnum. The bow has a raised silver coin. Is this common or was it a mistake at the factory? I have three other 72 mags and they have a flush gold coin.

Hey Mike 1972 was the last of the flat coin and the first of the raised button. One may just be an earlier model ie flat coin.....The serial number would most likely not help...both silk screens on the shooter side ???? bowdoc

Don: Yes both silks are on the face. I was not sure
when i saw the raised coin that the bow was original.
