My 1975 Bear Grizzly.It was my dad's first bow and thought he never took a deer with it(He only had it a year until he bought his Browning compound, which he shot up until last year when he went to a crossbow),it was given to my uncle and passed back to me,which I used to take my first deer with.Unfortunately I was shooting it one day and the top limb got a small crack in the laminations,thus ending it's career.But I'll NEVER sell it.It'll live on my wall till I die.

Great topic, 1 also have a few, One is a Late 50s Howatt 58" Balboa. Nice deer hunting weight 45#, Very nice to shoot 3-D courses, and with the kids in the back yard. I was lucky enough to have the following sign it, On one side; Don Jewett, Gail Martin ,  Larry Hatfeild, and a few others//. The other bow is the "60" Made by the bowdoc, 53#. Its a take down, Just a nail driver, also a dozen or so Bear bows. cool topic.I just don't see these bows leaving before me. Thanks CWarberg

A longbow signed by Roy Case:signed: Case 1939. The year he took the first legal bow killed deer in wisconsin and possibly the bow he did it with.

What a thread! A Deerslayer signed by Grumley, a bow made by bowdoc, and an original Roy Case plus a host of others.
I am not worthy; but I do intend to keep my 50# 56" 1960 Kodiak that is an amazing shooter!

stagetec those are both sweet and I do mean sweet shooting model bows huh ? the 67 1/2 Super Kodiaks have just the perfect weight in the risers...great bows.....bowdoc

I have too know how you get your wife to allow that large of a collection! Tracy's head starts to spin the minute she hears "Classic Bow".

Which bow would I never consider selling? All of them! For me when I add a bow to the family it's here to stay. I might "loan one indefinitely" to a relative but sell!Never! OK if ya put a gun to my head my fleetwood volcano, my least collectible, second poorest shooter. It was a X-Mass gift from Tracy and the bow that got this whole thing going!
