Cody

You came to the right place.  We just picked up  a whole pile of originals from Ms Dorothy.  Now the idea is to sell them and raise some more money for her.  We will be putting them on **** but I think we can come up with an established price for sale her, + shipping.  Rich, Ray, and I have to agree upon a price per copy but it won't be unaffordable.  Keep in mind that the money is going t oa good cause.

The bowhunts Catalog has a lot of items that Jack used to sell, and obviously you can't order from him any more, but it also contains many articles and tips that Jack wrote based on his extensive experience as a pathfinder in taditional archery.  Some of his positions you may agree with, or not.  In any case it is an insightful look into the mind of one of our greatest trad hunting pioneers.

I think 8 people made donations to the shipping fund.  Each of these guys will receive a copy.

If you would like to get one, use this thread to give us your name and address.  Once we determine a price, you will be told to send a check to Ray Roan, and he will mail you one.

Of course, if someone wants to step up and buy the company, we will let him have two...no extra charge

Ray and I have agreed on $16.00 deliverd for the catalogs.  Keep in mind that these are no longer viable catalogs, rather collectible Jack Howard memorobelia used as a fund raiser for Ms Dorothy.

We have determined that the three of us have to agree on all we do with the Jack Howard Projet, so we have to wait for Rich's blessing on this price.

Ray is going to send me 24 catalogs and I will handle the sales through Trad Gang.

Anyone wishing to get a calatalog can order it from me on this thread, or PM me.  I will tell you where to send a check, or you can make payment through PayPal account number [email protected].  However, if you pay by Paypal, please add an additional 50 cents to cover the 3% Paypal fee.  I don't want to let ease of payment cut into the proceeds for Ms Dorothy.

Once I get Rich's consent, I will post it here.

Jack had two versions of his hats.  The ones he had made were silk screened.  I had a dozen made that were embrodried.  I don't know if there are any left.

If there  is enough interest, I can have another batch made.  As I recall, they would be about $15.00 each

One thing to watch for is that Ray found in the shop about 6 of Jacks hunting arrows with his special razor blade heads.  You glued injector razors on with a plyo-bond rubber cemrnt and baked them on in the oven.  Gorilla glue would probably work well. This was a unique set up that, to the best of my knowlede,  Jack was the only one that did this.  I don't care how sharp you think you can get your broadheads, they will not be as sharp as an injector razor blade.  We have not gotten these from Ms Doroty yet, but when we do we are thinking e8ay.

Ray may chime in here and list other things that Jack has from his catalog sales.
