8.6 mm Metric Hunters

I have recently acquired some 8.6mm metric hunters. They are 31" to BOP, all have inserts, some have the original fletching in surprisingly good condition. The fletching had crumbled on others.

What is the spine of these shafts and what setup were they intended to be used with? What weight tip, what range of draw weight...?
