Hello guys, I picked up some old brown glass that I was told used to make the 1950s bear Kadiak's bows... Well I was havein a look on the web I found an add with the 1959 Kadiak that said the bows was made of 3M glass the color on the add is also brown glass... Its reads Bear glass but also reads 3M glass lams... I am thinkin of maybe makein a copy of some old bear bows. And would like to know if u guys think I should use this old glass for just use the new stuff.....

I think it would be worth a shot.  57 Kodiak repros with brown back and belly sound pretty good.

Keep us posted and good luck, Trap

I would get a 1959 Kodiak in any of the 3 lengths you like and make a form off that model.I actually have one piece of orange fiberglass that goes on the belly side of a 1959 or 1960 Kodiak...bd
