What is a 1953 Bear Kodiak Hunter worth? It is in good shape, has a few stress marks on the front. This is the info on the bow
60” / 40#.
Model/Serial number printed on the side is KT39088. The stamp on the back says it was made by Bear Archer in Grayling, MI. It also has patents listed, and then “Canada 1953.”

Kodiak Hunter's first came out in 1967.The 1953 is just a patent date. The K series started in 1970.Hope this helps.
