What Bear bows in 78'
« on: July 07, 2009, 10:53:00 PM »
I am looking to maybe hunt either this season or next with a bow made the year I was born. What Bows were in the Bear lineup in 1978?

I expect you will be challenged finding a bow that you can date for 1978, however, here are the bows being made that year.  1978 was the last year in Grayling before the move to Florida.

Grizzly

Tigercat

Black Bear

Little Bear

Lon, do you know how exactley I will be able to tell on certain bows that they were made that year...serial number, woods, overlays, tips, etc.??

Sorry Lewis, I wish I could help but cannot.  I know others here can figure it out.

OH...speaking of old... 1978 was when my youngest son was born.
