How many do you need Sam, I have a few to spare. Let me get your address and I'll send some your way.

Jim - Nice insert card. The Razorhead Patent number on the card indicates it was made after the patent number was granted on April 8, 1958.

Prior to the patent, the cards read "U. S. Patent Applied For"...

Also note the difference in the Bear Logos...

The original production inserts had a hole in the front and were not blued. This photograph does not depict the bright, shinny, non blued surfaces very well. The insert tool had a flat non-blued surface. Just pointing out more items for us crazy collectors to look for in our never ending searches for different Bear Archery Products.

Bill I may be wrong on this but several years ago I was on a Mt.Lion hunt at Ron's place along with Joe StCharles.Ron had just scored a bulk box of Razorheads. There were as I recall 1,244 total broadheads in the bulk box(well at one time anyhow). The card inserts in the bulk box looked alot like your broadhead card.Again not possitive but pretty certin ???? bd

Don,,,,that could be right and the store would hang them up and sell them one at a time for guy's/gal's that only wanted a few and could be folded and sold by the doz. also....I have a bulk box also, but only one of these cards.

Man I gotta tell ya I tried like hell to make a deal with Ron but it was out of my reach.I wanted the remainder of the broadheads to hunt with.I figured there was over 500 heads left in the box at that time and they would have lasted me a life time cool item bd
