Info for a garage sale bow
« on: October 02, 2009, 06:00:00 PM »
Grimes bow company- all aluminum bow-double shelf-  In real nice condition- has a wrap grip looks original.  No string looks to be a 58" bow.

Made in Pontiac MI  USA patent #   2600250

Question is whats it worth?   Thanks in advance.

Hello Bill, First thing man.. Dont try to shoot that bow.. They have been knowed to blow up on people... There great old wall hangers for the shop/living room/ or over your bar.... There is no blue book for old bows.. there worth what some one is willing to pay you for it...

Best,

Cody

Some of the others will be on later to give more info...

I have had and sold several on that site in various color aluminum. The going rate was between 35.00 and 45.00. As Cody said the aluminum limbs fail with age and shooting is probably not a good idea.
