take-down limb question

Early limbs tips as i understand it were 3 different colors; white, red, and blue. Are the blue tips worth as much as white or red? Serial no. 1B-01504 would be a 1970, is that correct. thanks

White Tip may be worth a bit more, White were the original tip colors when the wood riser came out Red tip and Blue tip were later colors.
