I recently acquired a Bear Glass Powered Cub RVB024 62" 53# Canada 1953, any info about this bow would be appreciated.

If you have a picture that would help. All Bear bows produced between 1953 and 1972 will have the 1953 Canadian patent date on them. Can't really go by serial number or at least I can't.The 62" were produced in some time spans a 60" in others.
 Here is a link that might help you with the year though. If it doesn't look like the one pictured try another year.
