Suggestions for refinishing limbs...
« on: June 22, 2010, 02:51:00 PM »
Looking for the correct way to refinish limbs on older ('61 &'62) Bear bows. Do I use wet sanding with 400 grit and then use what to seal the limbs up again. Have a 66" '61  K special that needs some loving care and don't want to screw it up. How can super glue be diluted ( with what) to fill in the stress lines?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Have done a few risers with good results but haven't tackled limbs yet.
