croves prestige deluxe, questions

Hallo, what is the recommanded brace-height(from the handle?) and arrowweight for an old Croves Spitfire Prestige Deluxe? Amo 69". 33lbs.

I feel it is kind of a personal taste thing but I would go about 9 inches on that bow.
