Is this a spine tester? It has no name on it anywhere and it is very heavy duty. probably weighs 10lbs or so. May have some parts missing but I probably have them in with all the stuff I just aquired.
Last pic is the back side and the removable weights.
any info on this thing?

Anyone know how it works? I need to do a LOT of spine testing ASAP on all the shafts I have.
