Kevlar Strings and Old Bows
« on: September 08, 2010, 01:52:00 PM »
In the early 70's many of these bows were being used by Collegiate Competitors. Kevlar strings were spoken of as the competitive edge. A little quicker and a little flatter shooting to the target. Time proved the material to be hard on limbs and tips which led to the demise of many classic shooters. Anyone remember this period or had experience with Kevlar?
