I have a quiz for you,In the Bear video series, the movie called THE OLDEST GAME.about deer hunting in Pennslyvania,What Bow is Fred shooting? the camera never stays on it quite long enough for me.My guess is a '65 or '66 Kodiak. Thanks KK.

It says in the video just before they start to shoot at the cutout deer target that Fred is shooting a Kodiak 60" & 65# bow. I believe The Oldest Game was made in 1960.

It says If I remember right, his partner, with a shorter draw length, is shooting a 52" Kodiak Magnum. when did they start making the Kodiak Magnum? were they being made in the early sixties?

Yes, date for Kodiak Magnum is 1961-77,Mr. Grant Young has us close at 1962

That is one of my favorite films. I think I have watched it about 40 times... thus far. That one and "Canadian Grizzly Hunt (with Fess Parker). Fred never gets old!
