Even if not a Grumley, still a very nice find and should not be devalued from an archery historical perspective. I would not string or attempt to shoot the bow. That is one I would clean up and hang just for the pleasing look.... Nice offer from Mr Phillips. His Grumley display alone would be worth the effort to get to Compton in June....

Larry this one doesnt need any cleaning up, its in very shootable shape now with no cracks or pops at full draw, the backing and grip are fully intact as well. I dont plan on stringing it anymore though. I will probably sell it due to the fact I dont collect and it has no sentimental value to me whatsoever. The Compton shoot isnt far from me and I will probably make it over there this year.

The profile of the bow and the tip overlays are very much like the Cliff Coe bow that I have, and he was from michigan so there should be a few of his bows still floating around that area. I would like to talk to you about this bow. Jeff
