Finding someone to fix a 57 Kodiak
« on: June 20, 2011, 09:57:00 AM »
Hi Guys,
I need help finding someone to fix the limb tips on my 57 Kodiak. I would like to hunt with it this year being it was handed down to me by my Aunt after my uncles passing. I think it just needs the overlays?

Thank You
Ryan Furrer

Try BowDoc (Don Ward). He is a regular contributor here, but is supposed to be bear hunting right now. I do not know when he will return from his hunt, but if you look at the Topic on Bow Restoration at the top of this Thread, you will be able PM him. And, while you are there, read thru it. He does go into replacing tip overlays, so you should find something to catch your interest.

Ryan, if you find the Bowdoc and Whip too busy to do your tips, I'll be happy to do them.

Kenny does a super job aswell. Aka 4runr. 57 ks, are very much worthy of getting fixed. Specially if they have sentimental value. Best wishes

Ryan, I sent you a PM. If you are going to be at Denton It'll save you shipping and you can see some of my previous work.
