Leathertop quiver question?
« on: July 10, 2011, 06:13:00 AM »
Guys,
I have a Bear Brown leather top that has what I think is the short spring arms in very good condition..It measures just about 11-1/2 " from top of hood to bottom of gripper and 16" from top of spring arm to bottom of the the other arm...Do you think asking for 2 dozen Big Jim Blemish traditional Goldtips is too much for the quiver? I am trying to work out a swap here with another tradganger and that's what I'm asking for in trade...About a $86.00 Value in the blemish's from what I see or is that asking too much for the quiver? Not sure I can ask that question and forgive me please if I crossed that line...Thanks for any info .. Keefer's <")))><

All I can tell you is that I have bought both a nice long and a short in the last year or so for $50 each. I did sell a new, never used in the box version for $99 though.

Keefer,

That would be the short. The long measures about 21" from top to bottom of spring arms.

From what I've seen on the auction site, most seem to go in the $55 - $70 range.
