Shakespeare Necedah Recurve question
« on: October 17, 2011, 03:15:00 PM »
Is there anyone who knows when Shakespeare built their first Necedah in 55"?

A Necedeah in 56" I don`t know, in zebrawood maybe she`s like the Blue Mauritius.

I thought the start with the 55" (good grip) and then they went to the 58", after a while they made the grip more awkward.
64 - 67 I guess that`s what I found on the site last year that this year don`t works.

Lon, I don`t want be impertinent or something like that, but is`t possible that you mean the
Super Necedah (in 54")?

Herder,

I had one 55" but I'm not sure in which year it was made. A friend of mine in Germany has it now.

I've got a 1966 Necedah and it's 58 inches. I also have a 1966 Shakespeare catalog that shows the Kaibab and Necedah at 58 inches. The 54 inch Super Necedah came out in 1968.
