Storing/Displaying Bear Kodiaks

Ran out of wall space so built this oak bow rack to store/display bows vertically.  Does anyone know if storing bows in this manner could cause any long term problems?  
Lower limbs resting in notched slots lined with felt, upper limbs resting against felt lined notches.
My collection is small but nice and I don't want to do anything that would damage these bows.

Dave, bows shown are 1960 - 1966 Kodiak with solid and purple heart riser 61's, 62, 63 K-mags.  Do you think to bow rack is OK for long term storage?   dave

Dave, thats a pretty sweet bow rack you made. I think as long as the limb tip are off the floor you should be OK but lets see what the pros have to say.

Thanks, the rack is nice but is it a good way to store and display really special bows without any long term bad effects?  I am hoping someone will know the answer as never have seen bows stored/displayed in this manner.  Could be bad or just that it takes a lot of work to make, not sure.  Dave

Looks like a well made rack with some very nice '60s Kodiaks.
I would think any rack that supports the weight of the bow without the weight on the tips,would avoid limb twist.
Yours looks to fit that purpose nicely.
