Help with 59' Kodiak sight window ID

What wood is in the sight window of this 59' Kodiak? I know it's not the maple and I dont think it's the PH. Thanks for any help.

I'd say purpleheart. Purpleheart has straight grain and gets dark. It only looks purple when new or when it gets refinished.

I would say Purple Heart as well and if refinished would look much different.

Thanks guys for the help wasn't sure on the PH as never saw it in person till this bow and it seemed dark.
