I don't recall having McMeen's signature, but I do have a complete set of his publication "Archery". Clem Parker purchased the set from Mary Elmer [Dr. Elmer's widow] in May of 1952 and noted that there were only 3 known complete sets. Fred Lake in his "A Bibliography on Archery" only notes one complete set in private hands.
Didn't McMeen publish his magazine on his own nickle and didn't charge for it? Also, I believe that he underwrote [financially] the publication of Dr. Elmer's "American Archery".
He was quite an individual. You are fortunate to have his signature.
