Kodiak Hunter VS Kodiak Magnum production numbers
« on: November 07, 2012, 10:09:00 PM »
I have developed a great fondness for the Kodiak Hunters and have a 71 k Mag I have started playing with. Were there more Magnums made than the Hunters?

Thanks. That is a bunch of bows of a single model for one year.

I'm really fond of the magnums.  I have Kodiak listed as a saved search on the big auction and get new listings by email every morning.  It's amazing how many are out there and are for sale.

Im sure its just a personal opinion for the most part. They both have about the same grip shape just that the hunters are longer bows so easier for most people to be more consistent with.I think the magnum has always been more popular BECAUSE it is a short bow though and it has mean good looks.I was shooting with a bunch of guys a week ago, all with compounds and my 19 year old son was having a lot of trouble hitting well with his wheel bow.He picked up my hunter and i told him just stare at what you want to hit and dont think about anything else.He proceded to do some amazing shooting. He says, man i know what im hunting with now, lol.Of all my bows i shoot better with my kodiak hunter than any of them.I just need to get a bear spring arm quiver for it now.
