I recently bought a 59 Kodiak Special #50 off the auction site and when recieved was really pleased with the condition, until I strung it up that is. The lower limb ( not the tip)was twisted quite a bit so I contacted the seller and returned it for a refund although eating the return shipping. I see now that the seller knowing now that this bow is crooked has relisted it. Justa FYI
Lefties are the only ones who hold the bow in the right hand.

You could have probably straightned that limb, but if he did not state it was twisted then you did the right thing.

When I bought the bow it was listed in excellent condition, and the finish on the bow was just that for 53 y/o original condition. The twist is not in the tip but in the middle of the body of the limb. I didn't feel that I could come out on it paying what I did for the bow. He gave me no trouble with the return which I appreciated but now knowing for himself that the bow is not straight, I have a little problem with the relisting and not coming out with the facts. She's pretty but I'd steer clear.
