Haven't been around for a bit.
Some old age issues that "rearranged" my life/income (neither good lol)and in the process my 59K went the way of the web.
I didn't even bowhunt last year. Just too much on my plate and mind. Probably a wrong move since it did NOT help a bit.
Anyway, I bit the bullet and said enough is enough, I gotta shoot.
As is so often the case, God smiled upon me when I had let him down and once again I'll have some of Papa Bear's creations to take afield unless the crap hits the fan "worser".
But as is the case so much in our lives another one popped onto my monitor while I was yakking with a buddy and I was just running random searches.
It might be peanut butter sandwiches for a couple weeks but hardly the first time I've done THAT! :rolleyes:
Even with a lifetime hunting license here in my home state I never went turkey hunting till this year. Seems a little boring to me but have not shot one either. A long time scattergunner I just cant wrap my head around shooting something standing STILL with a shotgun....but with a 39lb 59K....NOW THERE I might get a few giggles should all work in my favor, for next year.
Wish me luck. I'll post better photos of it after it arrives and she gets cleaned up.
