I agree that the best thing is to not shoot it and chalk it up to experience. No bow is worth trading an eye for.
There is one excellent possible alternative depending on how much you're into the bow, a few years back someone was re-limbing old bows. A quick search may turn up someone who still offers that service.
Yes, extra fiberglass laminations. You would need to remove all of the finish in the affected area, including the original tip overlay, before adding long enough pieces on both sides of the limbs to completely cover the cracks. You would need to do the good limb as well.
No matter what adhesive is used, there is no way that I'd ever try to string that bow, let alone shoot it, without sandwiching that crack with fiberglass on each side.
I would only do this knowing that the value of the bow and possibly the bow itself, will or may be destroyed completely.
