Name:   Charles C. Stotler
Dates:   1940s and 50s
Notes:   Assistant Librarian, National Gallery of Art, Smithsonian Institution, Washington.

Not sure Tony , cant find much on the Charles Stotler you mentioned, no examples of his work to compare.
I know Wayne Stotler was on the Tembo hunt with Howard and unfortunately Bob and Jim Stotler are no longer with us to see if there was a link.
