Brackenbury dates ?
« on: March 10, 2016, 11:54:00 AM »
I have a Brakenbury Drifter that I got in a trade a few years back. Does anyone know if there is a way to find out how old it might be or when it might have been made ?
It is signed so pre-91 is my only best guess.

Paul, you may try sending an email to Wes Wallace since he worked with Mr. Brackenbury before going out on his own. Wes knows quite a bit about the history of those bows.  Good luck.

I have a Brackenbury as well. It was the next step up from the Drifter. Mine is/was signed but it has been shot so much that the signature is nearly gone. This bow went with me to Alaska in '86. That reminds me. I need to dig out those pictures again.
