Howard Hill and Rhode Island

while hunting in Rhode Island this weekend I came upon this road named Howard Hill, not sure if its just a Hill named Howard or named after the Great Howard Hill,,,, you history buffs do you know of any significance between HH and RI?

found out its the name of a farm,,, sorry everyone guess theres a few other famous HH's out there,,,,, Please delete if needed.
