'57 Kodiak Special Brace Hieght
« on: March 01, 2017, 05:48:00 PM »
Just received a 1957 Kodiak Special that I bought on this site. Going to have Allen Shafer build a B-50 string for it. Where should I start with the brace height. Bow is 62 AMO 49# @ 28.

I like to start around 6 1/2" and go up from there. Desired brace height varies from bow to bow and  from archer to archer.

You're gonna love the 62" KS. Great shooting bows.

Enjoy
