Major, don't know if they are still around but I would assume so.
Lofton Longbow company was in Crystal Springs or maybe Grenada MS, Bobby Lofton was the bowyer. They have a tournament in that area every year called the Lofton Classic. You probably could find the guys running that event with an on-line search and see if they have more info on the company.

I believe Lofton sold out to another person a few years ago. The new guy ran it for a year or so and shut it down. Not 100% sure on this.

Well, i went to Bobbys house one day, when he anwsered a add in a paper i ran wanting a bow.
He is retired but still plays around some i think. You can look him up in the phone book online i think. He sold to Elk river Archery or something like that.
# buddies and i went to his house and bought 6 or 7 bows. One was his personal hunting take down.
