Dear Lord, cancer is among us all in today's world and we don't understand. We call on you to help us cope..to help us surrender to your will for ourselves and for our friends, family and church families when this terrible malise strikes someone we know and care for.

We know you've said that by your stripes, in faith, we'd be healed. We also know that death is your perfect healing when it serve your Will.

Help Deb M to face her cancer and to bouy her up in your peace and love.  Help her to be filled with your Holy Spirit that she might know your peace that passes all understand.  If it be your will Lord, we ask for her complete healing that she might witness to your glory and soverignty over life and death. Amen.

Brad,
My old neighbor fella only 42 had the same thing. first had colon cancer and underwent surgery and was clean...then they found multiple large and small masses on his liver. He has undergone chemo and is doing ok..it's not growing at least... and function is up. There is always hope. Peace to those involved this Holiday Season. May our Lord minister to their time of need.

Jesus you said "if we only believe" we could move mountains. Yeshua we are believing that this mountain called tumor be moved from Deb right back to the pits of hades where it came from! This we ask and believe in your name! Wonderful Counselor, King of Kings and Lord of Lords!

Very sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. Prayers for her friends and family.

Hold on to the faith that although we may not understand his plan, God is Sovereign. My prayers that his will be done.

I looked back on the date of posting..not long ago indeed... drew me back to my own MOm's situation where all her suffering finally manifested itself as undiagnosed cancer. She was gone in 15 days... but was covered up in peace, joy and genuine love..which wasn't always easy from Mom...

May the family know the peace that truly passes all understanding...and keep their hearts and minds on Jesus.
