I'm guessing you may still be down in FL since I'm not hearing much from you.  Caring for aging parents...as we ourselves start to slow down, can keep us busy.

May the Lord bless your mom and her doctors and bless you and keep you in Peace and Strength as you continue your vigil...and may he guide you to care for your own health needs and not become lax that you lose your strength.

Keep the Son in your eyes, bro.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

MIght we also pray for Dave's own health?  I'm not sure how much to share, but those of us who know him know he faces some challenges of his own... and I'm under the impression that stress can affect his condition. May the Lord cover him up in Grace and peace knowing he is doing what can be humanely done for his Mom and help him rely on the Lord for the rest while Dave also takes care of himself.

Amen Doc. Prayers for all the family and all that God knows that needs to be prayed for
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
