Prayers for my princess.
« on: July 29, 2008, 09:24:00 PM »
I know they're a lot of prayer warriors on here, and I ask for your time in prayer for my little girl Faith.

We cancelled our vacation this coming Friday, due to Faith having a high fever since this past Saturday. The fever has continued and early this am (3:45), she was crying and voiced her legs were hurting. She wasn't able to stand, due to the pain. The Dr. had already identified on Monday morning, he thought it was a virus. Further test today, show muscle break down, as he suspected. He reports this is a rare case, and he has seen 3 other cases in his career.  He has little knowledge to tell us about it.

I feel things will be fine, and know God is in control, but ask for your prayers of petition.

Please pray for Faith's full healing, her easy and fast recovery, and the Holy Spirit's guidance of the Dr and staff who are providing care for Faith.

Thanks,

May God Bless you for your time,
David B

Prayers sent for Faith to have the presence of God to give her comfort, healing, and joy as He heals her. May God comfort your family and give you strength.

Boff,

Man, you got it. joining up a little late as not much time recently to get on here.

Hopefully, you'll soon have some conclusive tests and the docs will be on a program to get Faith back on track.

Lord knows you and your heart, brother. Your trust in Him is not misplaced. Prayers for complete healing and quick recovery according to His will.

Keep the Son in your eyes!

Praise God for answering our prayers!!!

Thank you again for your thoughts and prayers. I have always seen the Spirit of the Lord work thought this board and the members here which make it such a great family.

By the time Faith went to see the Dr. today at 2:00pm, she was walking fine and feeling better. The Dr. was impressed and voiced we didn't need to do anymore blood work until Monday. Voiced she was no longer contagious due to 24 hour lack of fever, and she could go out with mommy shopping, as long as she stayed cool.

Cautioned us to keep her from getting too hot, and keep playing to a minimum ( yeah, right, wait until Saturday and she'll be bouncing off the walls). Warned the legs may be tender at times, but not enough to where she wouldn't be able to support her weight. If it DID, to get her to the hospital.

If anything changes for the worse, I'll be sure to post up.

Thanks for the prayers!!!!

God Bless, David B.

The depth of God's love for us and His desire to have us seek His healing power never ceases to amaze me...

Thank, You, Lord, for Boff's faith and Faith's healing. Keep her wrapped in Your Loving arms.

Do not ever let it be said that there is not a God.  He IS and WILL continue to watch over your little girl.  Too many time we hear of all the bad things that happen to children.  It is AWESOME to hear of the good that comes from prayer.  It does not surprise me with the love and dedication that the people of Tradgang show that your little one is doing better.  There is obviously alot of prayers going out and you are getting mine and my family's from Nova Scotia as well. I have a 3.5 year old daughter that is MY LIFE.  I cannot imagine what you went through.  Go and give you whole family a kiss and a hugg and let them know that God and all the members of Tradgang love them,.  Take care Dave
A bad day of hunting is still far better than a good day at work.
