Doc Ashbey laid up in hospital w/ Back problems
« on: August 08, 2008, 07:04:00 PM »
I got a note from a friend of Doc Ashbeys. He'd been sharing with some folks that he hurt his back somehow...and he was in Phys. Therapy...

I got this today...
**********************************
Hi All,

Ed asked me to contact you all and give you the run down.

Ed put his back out good and proper on Tuesday night...............ambulance to hospital Wednesday morning. He was finally admitted to a ward after some 16 hours after leaving the house - very trying. No diagnosis has yet been made. If he has made no improvement by Monday they will finally do an MRI............'till then, just pain relief and bed rest!!!! He is in Waikato Hospital, Menzies Building, Ward 6, Room 3 ..........alias Willard Ashby!
********************************************

I'm sure our own good Doc would covet some prayers that they find the cause and it's easily treatable. I know he shared it hurt before like blazes...

Prayers that it's minor and can be treated easily!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Prayer sent from one who knows back pain. Pray for God's presence to heal and comfort.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
