Prayers for daughter
« on: February 04, 2009, 05:29:00 PM »
I would like to request prayers for my little girl , Emilie Ann.  She is 16 months old.  Friday she will have her second set of tubes put in her ears.  I know that this is a minor surgery, but I can't help but be nervous about her having to be put to sleep for a short period of time.  Thanks for your prayers, GOD BLESS!!!

Prayers sent for both of you and the rest of your family as well. She is in God's hands and He will keep her safe.

Wee ones make us big ole hairy guys feel totally helpless...Maybe God gives us children to help drive home the point that without Him, we are impotent and fragile.

May your faith bring you peace and God watch over Emile Ann as the surgery unfolds and fill you with joy, strength and the peace that passess all understanding!

Keep the Son in your eyes!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

You got it. Went through the tubes, tonsils and adnoids with my daughter and felt the same as you. No surgery is minor especially on our children.

Amen and may His peace bring you faith.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
