Amen and prayers for God's best
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Absolute prayers for God's will to be done as requested and that whatever lies ahead, that peace, strength and God's hand on your mom throughout whatever time He grants.

My uncle, Dad's brother, died of bone cancer. On his last trip North, he took me aside to tell me "it's back". When he professed he'd be healed, I countered in my 20's with, "What happens to your faith if you're NOT healed Uncle Bob?"

He smiled and put his arm around me and quietly said, looking me square in the eyes..."Son, even death is God's PERFECT healing and I get to be rid of this shell and walk with Jesus!"

Someday, I hope to have that perspective and peace. May your Mom squeeze out every drop left for her and enjoy it immensely...and when God is ready for her, may she and all of you have the same perspective as my uncle.

Keep the Son in your eyes!

Prayers on the way from Georgia.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

wanted to let you all know that her doctor came in and said that the cancer had not penetrated the organs or liver and that is was in a jell form  like before. So he drained about 2 1/2 2 liters of fluid from her stomach wich helped her and made her feel much better  and she  just needs 2 more kemo treatments and the doctor said that he believes that she will be okay  at least for another year   so thank you all
