All Praise to "The Great One"

imaging stress test showed no damage to my heart and no blockage. Everything was normal or above normal.

Not sure what caused the chest pain/tightness but my heart is strong and healthy. Just got to keep the blood pressure under control.

Praise God and glad for you. BTW I find there are some foods or spices that I must be allergic to because it causes such a pain right at the base of my sternum that I first thought I was having a heart attack.

Sounds like a very manageable situation...if you do your part. But with a name of Rowan, that might be hard cause it seems you guys are tough hombres!  :)
