God is great indeed.  I lost my job in March officially, had been laid off since the previous August.  I have not been able to find so much as a part time job anywhere.  Had a couple interviews but no offers.  I decided to get the training I needed to become a Bail Enforcement Agent and have been working at this since July.  

I missed early archery season completely due to the training requirements and being away from home, that was hard, I have been looking forward to hunting with my recurve for a long time but my family and ability to earn a living are most important right now.  There has been some road blocks along the way but they have been worked out. I just received news from the DOL that I passed the licensing exam and as soon as my license shows up in the mail, I will be able to start working!

Thank you lord for providing for my familiy's needs and thank you tradgang for being a place where I can ask for prayer from strangers and receive it.  Thanks so much.

Yeah, the job can be dangerous, but I'm going to put my faith in God to keep me safe and bring me home each night.  I've wanted to get into this for years but the opportunity never materialized until this summer.

No matter how bad we think we might have it at a particular point in our lives....God always has a plan for us, we just have to trust him.  Bad things do happen to good people, but we must have faith that God WILL turn a bad situation into a blessing.  

I'm glad you are finally able to do something you've always wanted to do!

PRAISE teh LORD!!!!!!!!!! God will use you to share the word with some of the people whom you will encounter. You will have a ministry and a job as well. God will use you where you are if you will let him. I have seen this in my own job and life in the oilpatch. You talk about a field white unto harvest!!!! So I wish you well and look forward to hearing of some of those whom you have a chance to steer to our Father. He has the only BAIL that will last for ever. When He does it it is Piad in full........Dusty

I'm planning on putting a tract about salvation in their pocket after I search them, that way even if they aren't allowed to have it in jail, it will be in their personal effects when they are released.  I'm also going to tell them about my faith if the Lord gives me the opportunity, but I will always give them the salvation tract.  I will be encountering these people at a low point in their lives and hope I can be a witness to them.

Sorry for all the type-o's in my last post. I get too excited sometimes when I'm talking about my heavenly Father. I don't type for the most part but hunt and peck real fast.

I have used the "Eternal Life" tract for the most part. It is a real good EZ to understand. I will pray for you and the people with whom you have to deal with. I pray that you will be safe and that you will be a mighty wittness to these people.

chandler great to see how GOD has moved in your life, but no surprise. that is a wonderful idea about the tracks. i was thinking, they may not want a track after you arrest them, then i rememberd GODS word never comes back viod. it will be worth it even if it speaks to one person. press on brother, it's always great to step through a door he has opened. i pray for his protection and his will be done in your life. i lift you up in your willingness to be obiedent. take care brother.
