Bad couple of days
« on: April 04, 2014, 03:35:00 AM »
I'm sad to say that the past couple of days has been really tough for my family and friends.
On Wednesday, the 2nd of April, 2014, my nephew was born premature(24 weeks and 6 days), and lived about 3 hours before The Lord took him to his eternal home.  Sadly, there were some development issues that he just was not prepared to survive. My sister, her husband and daughter, our parents and myself would greatly appreciate your thoughts and prayers. His name was Theodore Winston Guiseppi, after both his grandfathers.

After taking the day off work to be with my mourning family, I recieved a text that a close friend and co-worker, Kurt Mueller, was killed today, Thursday, April 3rd, 2014 on his way to work in a head on collision. The other driver, and her unborn child were also killed.

Please join me in extending our prayers to all the families.

My heart is breaking, and my soul is weeping.

God, please help us all through these tragic times.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.

My heart breaks for you and your family and the families of those dealing with similar tragedies. My pray is that the Lord will guide and comfort you during this time of loss and pain. Continue to place your trust in Him.

My family and friends, and myself, thank you all very much for your support. It's the people, like here on tradgang, that remind us of the good in the world. Thank you!

Prayers sent from Georgia...
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Minister friend tells me the worst of all funerals ever are those of still born or early loss children like that... then to have news of another friend killed, and the mother and unborn...

May your family, and those others, know the peace that passes all understanding and bring comfort and acceptance to all as they draw closer to Him for strength and direction.

Thank you all so much for your support and prayers! It means more than you can know.

The services both were very hard, but went very well. We had lots of care and support from many friends and family.

Nothing will ever replace the void from these losses, but with time, and continued prayers and concern from those who care, healing will slowly start.

We seek the good Lord's help and blessing through all of this, and in everything we do.

Thank you all again so very much!

Paul,

It was our Gain to have held you up and will continue to do so.  Only God knows why in this fallen state we exist that such sadness prevails at times, but we're in a State of Grace...doesn't mean we won't suffer, hurt, and cry...but there is HOPE and it's not in DC!

Keep the Son in your eyes and prayers for continued healing for all concerned!
