I use them all the time, used them in africa in 09 and will be using them again tbis year. Very strong straight shafts with nice weight.
I like to use either the easton brass inserts 75/50 grain snap off or the 3 rivers 100 grain brass inserts.

I haven't killed anything with mine.
But, have had great luck shooting and bare shafting them off bows in the 70lb+ range with 300grn heads and 100 grn inserts.
