Spine Tester question

Can you guys recommend a decent spine tester? I have been playing around with wood lately and I am realizing more and more that I will need one to really match the shafts. I have been looking at the ones in three rivers, some are cheap and some are very expensive. Dose anyone make one that is good quality at a middle of the road price?
