Hey guys I decided it was time to do a spikeless version of my Peregrine Tomahawk, and I am super stoked with how they came out. I decided to do smooth handles as well, just to mix it up. : )
These are built with 3/8" 4140. They are through hardened and then I spring temper the tang for extra toughness. Although beefy, they are quite well balanced and pack a lot of punch. The first one has orange G10 scales, and I hand filed a couple grooves on the top half for extra grip. The black one is Tero Tuf, one of my favorite hawk handle materials. The scales are attached using both G/flex epoxy and flared stainless tubes.

Here are the specs.

#1 Blaze orange

Oal - 11"
Head length - 5 1/4"
Cutting edge - 3"
Steel - 3/8" 4140 through hardened to appx. 55rc with a spring tempered tang for extreme durability and toughness.
Handle - Orange G10 , attached with flared copper tubes and G-flex epoxy for a rock solid handle.
Sheath - Kydex w/ quick release bungee retention. This is setup for Molle loks or belt loops, I can add either for slightly more.
Price - $425 + $13 shipping

#2 Black Tero Tuf

Oal - 11"
Head length - 5 1/4"
Cutting edge - 3"
Steel - 3/8" 4140 through hardened to appx. 55rc with a spring tempered tang for extreme durability and toughness.
Handle - Black Tero Tuf, attached with flared stainless tubes and G-flex epoxy for a rock solid handle.
Sheath - Kydex w/ quick release bungee retention. This is setup for Molle loks or belt loops, I can add either for slightly more.
Price - $425 + $13 shipping
I have more of these to finish up, so if you would like to order one just let me know!
Paypal preferred.
